President Kagame, wife light 'Kwibuka' Flame of Hope for genocide remembrance

Rwandan President Paul Kagame and his wife, Jeanette, lit the Rwandan genocide's "flame of hope" known as the "Kwibuka" meaning (Remembering), as the commemoration of the 1994 genocide began in Kigali today. Rwanda is marking the 30th anniversary of the horrific 1994 genocide.
