Beauty, brains, and heart. This soft spoken woman is the essence of a true Filipina. I first saw Lucy in person, up close, many years back when I was still living in Manila, before she was married. From afar, without knowing who she was, I already noticed how strikingly beautiful this lady was, she had this glow within her. Then she went inside the same shop I was in (in Shangri - la) , that's when I realized it was Lucy (Torres) She was gorgeous! And still is today. I became a fan since then. I enjoy seeing videos of her as a public servant now, and of her blissful marriage, and of her family life.

I rarely finished an interview of a politician except President Duterte, but this one I wasn't expecting that I finished the whole interview. It was so interesting and enjoying to watch. I live in Camotes island where Ormoc City is closer than going to Cebu city. When I visited Ormoc in 2018 compared to when I first visited it in 1997, it was way different.

Beauty, brains, and heart. This soft spoken woman is the essence of a true Filipina. I first saw Lucy in person, up close, many years back when I was still living in Manila, before she was married. From afar, without knowing who she was, I already noticed how strikingly beautiful this lady was, she had this glow within her. Then she went inside the same shop I was in (in Shangri - la) , that's when I realized it was Lucy (Torres) She was gorgeous! And still is today. I became a fan since then. I enjoy seeing videos of her as a public servant now, and of her blissful marriage, and of her family life.

First time I really watch Lucy get interviewed. Not only she’s very beautiful, smart, good upbringing, I think maykaya ata ang kanyang family, lahat2 na nasa kanya ata. The most genuine public servant I have heard. She clearly is focused on the welfare of her people, no doubt. And the way she speaks, kibaw jud ka nga mao iyahang tumong, mao jud iyahang buhaton. Ive been passing thru ormoc to cebu since 2013 and I can really really say na dako jud ang improvement in terms of being clean sa city. Kan swerti nlang jud sa Ormocanons kay you can really feel how sincere si Mayora.
I rarely finished an interview of a politician except President Duterte, but this one I wasn't expecting that I finished the whole interview. It was so interesting and enjoying to watch. I live in Camotes island where Ormoc City is closer than going to Cebu city. When I visited Ormoc in 2018 compared to when I first visited it in 1997, it was way different.
She speaks eloquently..i can listen to her all day..total package..beauty and brains...

They were very kind and humble and she's really simple yet beautiful in personal. Her Grandma was living in Cebu and she went in UP Lahug, Cebu in College. We often seen her in Ayala Center, Cebu when she was still studying before she became an endorser of Lux Shampoo.

Since it was only this time that I saw this interview) for being both as Government Officials. I admire them for their honest & keen good intentions, even if I am a non-residence of Ormoc City, but the father of my 2 kids was born & raised in Ormoc, Leyte.
