Pop out the 6502, carefully install the Tynemouth replacement board with the switches properly set, and the testing begins...

It could not hurt to try a working 6502 to rule out a bad CPU. Also I noticed that one machine is a 4016 and the other a 4032. Are the dip switches set accordingly? Thanks for the video!

The switches are set correctly...both are 4032's and are full of memory although the front name plates do not reflect that...the 6502 is pulled out of the machine during the testing with this board because the board goes into that socket...and I have tried all swapped out all the socketed chips with the other machine to rule out anything easy...
