I made a bowl this AM for the Michigan-Texas Game at the Big House - Michigan.
Calverton was the old Grumman aircraft factory where they made many Hellcat aircraft for the Navy.
An old guy out here worked for Grumman. I loved his story about the Luner Lander, LEM. They had him inside throwing switches, etc. They forgot to tell him that they were going to lunch and left him in there. He fell asleep :^))
Farmingdale was the old Republic aircraft factory where they made P 47 aircraft..
