Last time I went to Cleveland (over a decade ago), went on the old Innerbelt Bridge (originally opened in 1969) into Downtown Cleveland on E. 9th St. Let's just say...I'm just glad they replaced the old Innerbelt Bridge because the old one was so bad structurally, trucks were banned from using the Innerbelt Fwy at that time.

i was traveling US-23 last year and when I got to Macon Georgia there was a considerable amount of road construction and i got very lost without good road signs, etc. (i only do primitive paper maps and posted road signs lol)... driving around lost in circles I eventually found the MLK and just knew this was the ticket getting out of the city and back on track, Because the MLK will eventually run into a familiar highway or freeway... i drove until US-41 popped up, got on that and found the way back to the interstate and all the construction where i could eventually pick up US-23 and resume the journey south. Bless MLK Jr.!
@@dvferyanceThe thing is tho is that Dead Man's Curve is a sharp and hard 90° curve on both directions and gets very dangerous in the winter time when it's icy, snowy, rainy or all 3.
Do I-480 sometime this month. I-480 is a 41.77 mile auxiliary interstate bypass that passes through Greater Cleveland Ohio including the southern part of Cleveland Ohio. Its Western Terminus is at I-80 Exit 151 and its Eastern Terminus is at I-80 Exit 187.
It would've been funny if Euclid Ave would have direct Interchanges with I-90 twice, but the one near Downtown wasn't built due to surrounding buildings and the Chester Ave. Interchange nearby.
@@TheBlackWrapperDudeI'm pretty sure Detroit is more dangerous than Cleveland. Detroit is basically top 3 in most dangerous cities in the US while Cleveland is #7 on the list. Not to mention Detroit is poorer (economically) than Cleveland.
CLEVELAND! Glad to see you upload a video from there, and man... that bridge never fails to impress. Happy New Year!
Great to see Cleveland and the innerbelt bridge across the cuyahoga river. nice drive! The bridge renovation looks better than befor

The first travel post of 2024! Happy new years y'all!
10:15 Dead Man's Curve
9:42 ... the warning!
Everyone loves to talk about that one but I think the one in Kansas City is even worse and that one only has one lane for an interstate.

@@ryanearles2024 I have driven both and I think the one in KC is worse.
@@dvferyance You're talking about the one on the Kansas Side before the Viaduct over the Kansas River?

Finally!
Cleveland Is My Hometown!!!
Damn man; what are you doing ?
what state u going to next
Exit 175: Marginal Roads.
Nah. Too easy. And I-271; we barely knew ye! I took the Turnpike to OH 8 to I-271 to bypass this.
9:27 ... is this route US-20 'Euclid Ave' overpass? with no direct exit/entrance to i90
20:45 upcoming exit for US route 20 'Euclid Ave' 21:09

Driving pass Guardians Feed and Seed (Formerly Indians).
ALL HAIL CLEVELAND❤
13:30 You forgot to change the city to Bratenahl
(I can see why you kept it now)
Bratenahl's southern limits is I-90 so that would only be true if going westbound. Going eastbound you are still in Cleveland the whole time.
can you go to pittsburgh downtown
👍👍👍❤🇲🇦🇲🇦
