difference between buy and sell is around 13% ?! What is the fee then? 6.5% per transaction it seems minus inaccuracy caused by 10 euro rounding. That is not a cheap service!
Such large difference between buy and sell happens during discounts. During discounts, we offer 0% fee or even +3% bitcoin/other crypto. Today in Spain it is 0% for buying and about 12% for selling. Soon it will probably be 5% for buy and 5% for selling. It is still better than the average fee at Bitcoin ATMs in the world, which is about 7%.

Today, in Canarian Islands (16.03.2022) you can sell ETH and USDT and get +3.5% extra EUR (value calculated relatively to Binance base price). You can sell Bitcoin and get +3% extra eur. It means that there is no fee, you get extra.

Each country has different KYC limit. For example, Spain is up to 1000 EUR a day, Poland up to 15 000 EUR a day. It depends.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. Wird schwierig, da man in Deutschland den Gewinn versteuern bzw. Angeben muss. Beim Mining muss man sogar ein Gewerbe anmelden sobald man das Geld sich auszahlen lässt. Bei den ATM‘s ist der Verlauf und Ankauf glaube ich Anonym (Bargeld) und somit würde man ja die Steuern umgehen. Deswegen sind die Deutschland nicht rechtens. Auf der Karte kann man auch gut sehen, wie sie auf ganz Europa gut verteilt sind und Deutschland dabei kein einzigen hat.
In Deutschland wohl nie wieder. Wer in Deutschland wohnt und BTC an einem ATM zu Barem machen möchte, kennt ja die einschlägigen Standorte im nahen Ausland.

It depends whether you're living in Spain, Poland, Ukraine etc. For some countries, there is no verification, other have strict policy to verify even low amounts. Usually, the verification applies for large amounts (more than 10.000 USD). Contact your legal advisor. No digital fingerprint and no cookies, though. :)
