It's very much about appreciating the little things ❤ the main character is a 50ish years old public toilet cleaner, he cleans public toilets in Tokyo. He has a routine very similar to yours. He wakes up, does his job, takes breaks to appreciate nature and takes pictures of trees, then he goes to his favourite public bath, then to his favourite restaurant. he listens to old school music on his way to work, on cassetes ( remember those😅) it's a very heartwarming movie , I 100% recommend it ❤
I saw the movie yesterday. The movie is so beautiful and serene. It's been awhile since I left a movie theater with a smile on my face. Highly recommended.
Because of you, I clean my toilet every morning. This really saved me this past week. I decided to ask my boss on Wednesday if I could take four vacation hours on Thursday and Friday, to garden, because the weather has been just wonderful in the afternoons here in Oregon -- and my garden needed weeding! She agreed. When I got up on Thursday morning to clean my toilet, I noticed it was leaking. I managed to find a plumber, who agreed to come to my house at 3:30 when I was arriving home early, having taken some time off that day. He fixed the seal that had broken and was leaking; there was no extensive water damage from ignoring a leaky toilet; and he replaced the 20-year-old mechanism inside the tank. I have a brand new toilet! Thank you! And thank you to the Japanese Toilet God!

When you have a spare minute, like going for a walk, driving your care or riding a bus, name all the great things you have at this very moment (the sky is blue, the air is fresh, I feel no pain, the mosquitoes are very little - just anything). 3. When you need to do something time consuming and tedious. Don't start the whole thing, just tell yourself that you will do it for a couple of minutes, or that you will do just a little part of it. Very often, next thing you know you will get into the chore or a project and will spend much more time on it. 4. When you do something, before you take a break, do one more thing. One more little task, one more line of reading, one more corner to sweep...

Life got in the way and with all of the information available online, I got distracted, always looking for better. Now I know that it is the simple things that make the most impact. dont ever use your phone first thing in the morning, wait until atleast 3pm if it is not a necessity to use it. your brain waves change so much after using a device like that, and those brainwaves can cause way more anxiety and make it hard to focus especially if you have things like school or work or just overall want to enjoy your day outside or with friends offline (in real life)
The trash treasure hut is satisfying. I used to do it in my morning walks, until the administration building removed the trash can that was next to the walking trail.
I watched this July 10th, and today, July 19th, I’ll say that the putting things down (and more) with intention has been an interesting challenge. I now close doors softly, speak softer, place ANYTHING down softly (unless I’m in the gym). Very cool exercise. Ima keep it up. Thanks!!!

I really struggle to get up early. Not everyone is normally a morning person. But I feed ferals so even on the weekend, i set the alarm. Summer really sucks for this because one feral who has become sweet only comes before daylight as if she's a bat. Maybe half the time I get up early enough to give Poppet her warm soft food. Otherwise hopefully she eats some of the night's leftovers. I'd be overjoyed if someone would adopt her and keep her Inside!!! My indoors are maxed out with 3 cats (long story). The other feral cats they're willing to eat after the sun is up.

I discovered the Radio Tsaio exercises a couple of years ago, in comments on a video that mentioned moving and and legs vigorously early in the day activates the lymphatic system! This activation keeps the lymph flowing well when we move throughout the day!

Always love your videos and what you are doing to encourage others through explaining what has helped you out. I hope many people adopt so much that you explain. I clean the toilet every day but don't make much money and live in a two family house in a small two bedroom apartment as a family of five, but hey, I live my life contently and clutter-free! I love the exercises that people do in your country, as they see its importance for longevity and life.

I really struggle to get up early. Not everyone is normally a morning person. But I feed ferals so even on the weekend, i set the alarm. Summer really sucks for this because one feral who has become sweet only comes before daylight as if she's a bat. Maybe half the time I get up early enough to give Poppet her warm soft food. Otherwise hopefully she eats some of the night's leftovers. I'd be overjoyed if someone would adopt her and keep her Inside!!! My indoors are maxed out with 3 cats (long story). The other feral cats they're willing to eat after the sun is up.
