You still should measure what you put into the bottle John. It does not mix according to the directions on the label because of the sprayer. It gives two tablespoons of the concentrate solution you mixed into the bottle. The amount given to the plants depends on the strength of the concentration as well as the setting on the dial. I'm surprised you did not explain this.

Neptune is good stuff buy the blue label with the kelp and seaweed is the best use it as of foliar feed mostly can work as bug deterrent too. Massivegro has a excellent product called perk too

He is absolutely right with amino acid. It helps me increase yield. I've been making my own Fish Amino Acid Fertilizer for my dragon fruit plants. Check it out.
Heavy metals.... its up to you, many dont think its harmful. It IS OMRI certified, but the heavy metals like mercury build up in these fish supposedly. So you need to find freshwater fish emulsion that lacks heavy metals. Or just get some fish scraps or something local and make your own for peanuts. Or buy some online. You should really only use alaska in early green veg stage of the life of the plant, so no big issue--should flush water only near the end of bloom to wash out fertilizer tastes..
The best fish emulsion is the one you make from cleaning your own fish. Fish heads are great composted in buried holes several months before you plant.
Another good thing to make fish amino acids , ferment it with equal weight brown sugar for six months ! Amazing stuff dilute 1/1000 in water ! Foliar feed as well ! Use all fish scraps , the more oily the fish the better !
John, You should try a siphon injector. It will save you WAY more time. I use the siphon injector and water the entire garden with fertilizer at once. I do not fertilize once a week either but when I remember I will fill my 5 gallon bucket and let it go. I am lucky to remember to do it once a month. LoL

I used that fish stuff and lost my last garden to “ root maggots “ never again will I use fish or anything that will attract flies and gnats to my garden. If you do use them, I do recommend put it in the soil and cover it with 1”to 3” of soil to cover the smells to be so strong that’ll attract them nasty maggots.
Just in case he does not answer, I can say he has stated he does not any animal products. From what I have seen and heard he is a completely raw. That means any plant he eats is never heated above something like 110 degrees.

I would not add fish fertilizers to a hydroponic setup you don't generally add things that will rot to such setups, you have to change your waters way more

I use Rubenito Fish, Seaweed, and Worm foliar spray. it uses whole fish not waste and has amino acid in it already.
