In case you missed him, Ten'Shi is a new free hero introduced in December 2021 to celebrate ten years of KR :)
The 1.12M score on the opening screen uses more or less the same setup.

This has to be the most frustrating endless they've released. It's unfair how much totem spammage there is and yet there are waves where he doesn't seem to use them at all.
I try to work out which are the worst 'bad guy' special powers in the endless games. I think the red and yellow totems placed together rate pretty high :)
What exactly are those totem poles for?

Nice job, my high score is about 406,000 and I used a gold bag and 3 freeze spells, Ten’Shi and reinforcements were really useful in the beginning.
You gotta start somewhere :) Keep practicing! (Not a terrible thing to 'have to' do is it ...)
@@doctorhaphazard So you know the rangers right. If you do a lot of them they might stack so that the enemies would basically slow down to a halt. I know the musketeers are for single target damage and it has shrapnel which could also do area. Though I would like to see someone do a run with multiple freeze spells and money bags. I know the Arcane mage is also useful for the teleport at the end because of the totems which give the orcs a rage buff. Which would be annoying to deal with But yeah. I also thought about Barbarian hall with holy order at the end. I know Ten Shi is very useful since he has basically teleportation so that he can distract the enemies with Higher hp But im also thinking of buffs and synergy. I'm not sure if the synergy would be more important in use but the combo might be good if they dont have a cooldown for the vines for the enemies. not the rangers cooldown but a cooldown afterwards if they proc for the enemies.

Been playing the steam versions which dont have endless. Only got the mobie version a few days ago. 300k is best i got on my own. Will have to try something like this next. Great video!

My best score is about 370k and that was using a bunch of gold to pre place towers the way I thought would be my ideal end game setup. Didn't use any map wipe and freeze and stuff but I think I had all placements setup and the black dude with hammer as hero. I have no idea when Tenshin got unlocked coz I just noticed it yesterday. Still, apparently my ideal setup was only good for 1/3 of this run lol. My best without any "cheat" was about 200k and I thought that was awesome 😂 Would you change anything in terms of tower choice and placement or is this pretty much how you'd always approach it?
If you look at the beginning my highest score is 120k more than this score - so I guess there must have been a different setup. But I have no idea what the difference was between that setup and this one! :) You always think you can do 'better' with a few tweaks here and there - then, before you know it, you're doing worse. Just keep practicing - eventually you get into a rhythm. Good luck!

@@doctorhaphazard you can easily be at your record if you instead of that one Arcane at the end place barbarians, and also instead of the nearby musket. Instead of that archer and the far tesla you place Arcanes and survive much much longer
Instead of the farther musket you place Bertha, and instead of musket on the right you place mage who places golem. That flank would be unbeatable for much longer. 9 soldiers, a hero, golem and reinforcements with support of artillery of various types fixes your problem with massive attacks on the right
I was thinking, on the right side, can the Musketeer tower right next to the Holy castle be changed to a Rangers Hideout, so you can trap the enemy there for a while. The other Musketeer tower right above Holy castle, if you change it to a 500mm artillery, with that Rangers tower, the artillery might be able to do magnificant damage to enemy so your layout can last longer?

What is the best non-free hero to get the best score here ? It would be amazing if you could to a video about it !
Though I don't use them myself, I've seen people review the guy with the huge circular saw as the 'best'. A personal favourite of mine is Bolin Farslayer who plants mines which can be useful. Hope that helps :)
Best hero in my opinion is ignus bcs of aoe true damage and self healing, but a good one can be Elora to for high aoe magic damage and aoe slow

Thankfully quite rare :) Tree towers or Teslas at the top usually help, with barracks at the end. But there's an enemy combination for every one of your tower combinations - so you'll never 'win'. Just get as far as you can and be grateful :D

Incredible, I've just started replaying all of the kingdom rush games (for like the fourth time) and it's impressive to watch some new strategy like that. (i didn't know musketeers could be so effective, i thought they were quite weak compared to other towers).
I also got a requet. Personnaly, I like challenging myself with a few dumbs rules, most of them being themed challenges(KR with only Paladins, Gerald and Sorcerer (Holy Theme); KRF with only assasins, crossbow fort, necromancian and Mirage (assasins/dark theme); KR with only Thor and Tesla (electric theme)etc.)
Those challenge are not that hard but it just add a little more fun to the game. Do you think you could try to give me a challenge for one of the KR games? I'll try it, even if it seems impossible! And even if it's easy, as long as it's fun I'll do it.

@@normguy5794 well firstly may I suggest that you look at the other endless videos I did particularly from Origins. The first challenge would be to try the 'Valor's Rest' endless with foresters only - which, above all else, are my favourite barracks towers. (The ones with the beards and the spears.) I tried that challenge myself and it was, above, all else, fun :) Don't forget to like other peoples' comments along the way ...
@@doctorhaphazard I'm trying it, it seems really hard because of the swarm of enemies. How far did you go? I use Catha for now but a hero more area focused would be way better
@@normguy5794 I tried but it really slows down the game. I have to say at this stage that I prefer to play these type of games as they were 'supposed' to be played. I do love the rangers though. 'Live long and prosper!'

I realized that he lost because of the Tesla slowly being useless. He should’ve replaced them with trees and doubled down on baracades

Hmm, it seems that combinations of Tesla and tree are more effective than two trees and barracks. Simply, whenever barracks are increased - which can handle three enemy each - the enemy changes to large groups of enemies e.g. wolves, or flying enemies which the barracks can't manage, or, if using Berserkers (to combat multiple/flying enemies), red totems increase and are spread more widely (so you can't move your barracks out of the way) which the knights might have been able to resist but which kill the berserkers almost immediately. It should always be born in mind just HOW CLEVER the engine is behind this game - which is why we keep playing it! BUT, if you find a way for your strategy to work, please include a link to the video you create. I'd love to see it :D
There is one tip I always give - try to plan for the end of level boss rather than the groups you encounter in the early stages if you want to get high scores. Some of the special powers of particular towers have no advantage against the boss beyond their standard - i.e. Pre-upgrade - power such as the purple towers.
I love this setup, will try it soon. Tesla seems most effective on the weaker monsters, the larger mobs. But after, against tough monsters all those musketeers are very nice. Are arcane towers there just as effective?
I wonder if on the right side a sorceror, tree, tesla is a nice combo. Sorcerer lowers armor and later sheep is safe there (you can't use them to close to the end but they'll probably die in the lightning).
Or maybe sorceror, Tesla, Tesla, followed by a few Arcane (only one Musketeer), and a Tree in the middle?
I've reached level 53, but I'm not as good with the timing of reinforcements and meteors...

Bruh I’m stuck on 58 waves i swear it keeps spamming health totems and speed totems right near the end when I get to that level any suggestions on stopping them from getting near the totems please?

@@sub_bacchus oh, I see. Yes, I've just never liked that spell. On occasions it turns an easy to kill, slow moving enemy into a slightly less easy to kill, faster moving enemy which I fail to see the point of completely.
My best is 280k but I don't know how to reach more, my strategy is placing teslas in the back and musketeers to the middle but I don't know how to reach better score
The art is knowing when to upgrade each tower. Some upgrade to maximum straightaway, some don't. What I've found definitely doesn't work is filling all of the slots first with level 1 towers and then starting to upgrade each of them one by one. Identify the problem that stops your progress and find the best tower for that problem. Then see if it works! I hope that helps :)

What are totems for?
They are an excellent - and very frustrating - enemy weapon. There are three and each works within a radius: red drains your energy very quickly e.g. your soldiers; yellow heals the enemy when you are attacking them; and blue gives the enemy double speed. So if you get red and yellow together it can be very difficult to kill the enemy and they just, well, walk past your towers!

How to get all 130 stars?
That's the point of the game! :) however, as some are difficult you can find solutions to all the levels on other TH-cam channels. Just enter the name of each level (at the top of the entry screen to each level) into the TH-cam search bar.

@@MlakuAmbience Are you playing the iPad version? All of my videos are the iPad version. Also, you might have to do a minimum number of 'heroic'/ 'iron' challenges before other levels open up.

Hey @metapf1407, it's a good starting point (I think everyone loves Tesla!) but sometimes you need to slow things down a little - not even the Teslas can deal with everything. Try a tree or two in the beginning, then add a barracks and maybe a teleport. Good luck!
