I think Hashirama learned sage mode from Katsuyu....I mean, there are only three sage regions: Mount myoboku (toads), Ryuchi cave (snakes), and Shikkotsu forest (slug/katsuyu). Each sage mode has distinct appearances ex. Toad eye for toad sage and snakelike eye/face markings for snake sage...since Hashirama's sage mode markings doesn't look like the other two plus the fact that Tsunade can summon katsuyu, I believe that the senju clan has a history with Shikkotsu forest....this doesn't mean though that Tsunade has sage mode as she doesn't have the sage markings and just uses Katsuyu for her healing mark

Just to say, Minato during the War Arc awakened his sage mode but said that he really isn't good at sage mode. Plus he also said it takes him to long to awaken sage mode and can't really good as long as Naruto. So in my opinion Minato should be ranked lower even with that technique.

With Edo Tensei Sage Kabuto should be MUCH higher. The man was pretty much fighting against the rest of the world alone and had control over a dozen Kage level shinobis.
I think minato didn't use sage mode because he didn't have enough chakra to perfect it since even kakashi said that as far as he remembers sage mode isn't his forte and flying raijin spends much chakra too so sage mode wasn't bemeficial for him. However in his edo form he used kyuubi chakra so he achieved a better sage mode
Well,I wouldn't say that Hagoromo's sage mode is just 7.4m as he along iwth his brother fought Kaguya ,who is 25 m and was able to seal her. It should be around 13 to 14m
@@siddhigupta5766 highest power scale is for isshiki it's 35 mil. I think baryon mode naruto is 34. Hagoromo after attaining ten tails was slightly weaker than kaguya who scales at 21 mil. So I think hagoromo scales at 19 or 20 mil.

I like how I almost fully agree with all your rankings, and in this one I was positively surprised about how you didn't rate Sage Jiraiya very low, as many people do for some reason. BTW, this is just speculation, but I think Hashirama got Sage Mode in the Shikkotsu Forest. Also, I don't know if this counts, but you could have included Naruto's KCM+SM form

That being said, his sage mode is the strongest between the three. Then although we could think that Minato’s mastered sage mode better than Joraya due to the absence of frog aspects, it is not the case. Minato says himself that he is bad at sage mode during the war. So among the three we first have that ranking regarding sage mode: Naruto > Jiraya > Minato Regarding Kabuto, he is on another level of sage mode and can even manipulate the environment. I would put him at the same level Hashirama’s sage mode. He even mentions having surpassed Orochimaru at it.

Just to say, Minato during the War Arc awakened his sage mode but said that he really isn't good at sage mode. Plus he also said it takes him to long to awaken sage mode and can't really good as long as Naruto. So in my opinion Minato should be ranked lower even with that technique.
The thing is that minato at base is stronger than every character shown below him (except for koji) and he was able to use perfect sage mode instantly so I would assume that even if he can’t maintain it for a long time it doesn’t matter it’s still a buff
