I travelled from Hyderabad to Tirupati and I can tell you that even a Tata Nexon EV with 40KW battery is not for highway. If you want to drive a road trip then get a hybrid or a diesel, you will save yourself from anxiety.

Generally EV cars are for PRE PLANNED TRIPS and petrol and diesel are spot travelling vehicles. But i think EV is future and it will be cause i have seen EVs are increasing and more improvements will be there definitely

For ​Normal highway driving, you will get a range of 200 km but we are charging it after every 100 to 120km​@@sandeepmursubai7549

We driven from Hyderabad to Arunachalam(tamilnadu ) and return back to hyd on mg zs ev 40kw battery varient got 270kms in AC on march 2024 with 5 adults and laguage
Most of the chargers we used tata at kurnool,cudappah and chittoor x road

Bro, when you are travelling on highways, regen should be as low as possible or zero to get a better range. I see you were using highest regen through out the trip.

It was my first long trip in EV car bro. I just wanted to travel 180kms without charge. Or else there are lot of charging stations on the way. Just matter of 30mins and you can travel 170kms easily.
