I've got a confession to make. I didnt tried "Off-Beat" yet. Instead I went for "Seeing Double" and boi, was that a mistake... "Seeing Double" was without a shadow of a doubt, my own personal hell, my own personal "Dragon Mines" if you catch my drift. It took me longer to complete it than "Jetboard Jetty" and "Crash Compactor", just because I suck. Ika Ika killed me TWICE right at the end of the level and killed me tons the first appearance you get it. 6-7 hours with barely missing out on sub minute. I know I can get sub minute, but screw that. Im just glad I was able to get yet another dev relic. I had a rule, that each time I progressed, I could play a different soundtrack while doing the level, and if I didnt, the music played constantly. Because, me being me, randomizer picked me Dingodile's Theme from Twinsanity. And I had to listen to it for 5 hours STRAIGHT! Talk about being stuck in my own personal hell... Anyhow... 9 more dev relics to go. Next on my list is Off-Beat for real tho. Levels still to go are: - Off-Beat - Fossil Fueled - Dino Dash - Rock Blocked - Out For Launch - Shipping Error - Crash Landed - Food Run - Toxic Tunnels PS. I was gonna figure out by myself Off-Beat before watching your video, but I think Im going to break the rule this time, as im left with a sore throat and I aint doing any attempts for couple of days.
I personally find Dragon Mines fun to time trial just because of how the track plays and taking each turn tight, once you can get the track down consistently it feels really good to play, especially at a fast pace, though it's absolutely terrible online due to minecarts being different for everyone. 1:15 was definitely challenging to get but I enjoyed the majority of my attempts, Lewis even seems to have an easier time on the track now than he used to. Good luck on your dev relic attempts though!

I got that dev relic just after platinum because my platinum run was so close, it’s the easiest developer relic in the game and I don’t even think I bothered recording it back then Maybe ill return to it when I beat my own times

off beat is genuinely one of my favourite levels in any crash game, I really love the theme of it and how it was done. GGs on the dev relics!

This is a great a level, it flows so well when you get it down, although stowing away is my fav relic wise, the start of that level is smoooooth

this series and platinum relics have given me the confidence and will to go for my platinum relics takes me about an hour or two to do 1 level though
I've only got 8 devs left to get, and agree, off-beat is my fave level out the bunch

Off Beat is my favorite level when not doing the dev relic run. It’s an RNG nightmare. I got dev time by 0.01 seconds and I never looked back.
