Tyo others ko field ma CIT pani parcha? Eg. 500000 - 155000 = 345000 huncha. Tyo 345000 amt maile CIT ma transfer garna milcha?

Deduction of CIT is only upto 3,00,000 so you can give your own criteria to claim deduction.

what if the employee salary is increased in mid month of same fiscal year?

You should calculate salary tax on annual income.

yes but we cant estimate that employee salary will be exact amount after the increment.
and wont that effect the tds we deducted before increment?

155,000 is the 31% of basic which is the minimum contribution but if staff want to do extra Personal Contribution not exceeding 500000, They can. your formula shows only minimum. What about if staff wants to do extra contribution 100000? your salary sheet does not include that.
