Let There be Love
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free,
19 and that the time of the lord’s favor has come.” Luke 4:18-19 (NLT) Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you.
I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Genesis 12:1-3 NRSV
HEBREW- To be blessed is to experience wholeness- peace- perfection- supernatural
Never confuse COPING with LIVING
Jesus is the fulfilled promise for all blessing (wholeness)
Wholeness will never look like what you’ve known- Only when we “leave” our country-
our place of being- and enter into the journey of God do we find out what BLESSING/ WHOLENESS is-
What country do you need to leave?
“I will Make of you a great nation.”
God wants this wholeness for everyone
“I am the light of the world…” John 8:12
We become what we love (worship), for better or worse.
We are as small as what we worship. You will reflect the image of what you organize your life around.
