I have the same model JD 2305 and I took it apart just like you did on your video, I cleaned everything well and put everything back the way it was before.I don't know if the problem in solenoid itself or it's a plunger jammed which is like a spring inside of the plunger. I even spraid WD40 inside to see if it'll loosened up, no luck. I was wondering if a solenoid itself is bad, maybe coil burned out or something else. 12 volts goes to solenoid, so there is no issues with 12 volts delivery to solenoid. How did you clean the valve?
What were the symptoms for this fix? I'm trying to determine if mine is similar. My MID pto will only run if I have Rear/Mid selected or Rear selected. When selecting MID only, nothing engages.
I had same problem. On the solenoid it comes apart and has a piece of plastic with a spring. My plastic had deteriorated. But they don’t sell that. Had to buy the whole solenoid. That was the problem though. Part was approx $ 454.90.
Pulled the solenoid cleaned it up and pto started turning, hooked to an implement and it is super super weak. Hyd fluid good, all other hyd equipment functions fine. Any suggestions?

I have 12 volts at the switch but only 6.8 at solenoid where does the switch wiring go on its way to the solenoid?
Is this on a JD2210? Was the pto not engaging? If so, that is what's wrong with mine. Trying to sell mine but turns out the pto won't engage.
They are all similar. Just clean it and get the inside unstuck.
What specific model are you working on?

not really, most likely it's a safety switch making it stall.
Does this apply to the 1 series? I have 1025r with error code 524252
