OT is great because it’s flexible and you can shift between settings. A bitter truth (in the United States) is that we have to deal with the healthcare system so it is very rare to find a perfect position. If your roadblocks are the system then it’s up to you to decide if you can deal with that, but going into OT is a huge investment, so think hard on it.
