Proleague is the Professional e-sports team match league in Korea and currently there are 2 leagues, namely StarCraft®: Brood War®(Blizzard Entertainment) and Special Force2(Dragonfly). 8 teams(KT Rolster, Samsung Electronics KHAN, STX Soul, SK Telecom T1, CJ Entus, Airforce Ace, Woongjin Stars, 8th game) participate in the StarCraft Proleague and also 8 teams(KT Rolster, STX Soul, SK Telecom T1, CJ Entus, Woongjin Stars, IT Bank, Tving, Q'SSEN) participate in the Special Force2 Proleague. Proleague 2011-2012 Season takes place at the Youngsan e-Sports Stadium (I-PARKmall, 9th floor) every Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday for Starcraft & every Saturday and Tuesday for Special Force2.

This was a great game! Hopefully jaedong comes back strong and we can see a rematch between these two players in ASL13 next year!

@GameMiestro Did you even watch the game? JD just starved Mini in 2 bases, he couldn't take a 3rd = no econ = no army. That's why Jaedong didn't even bother expanding after his 3rd hatch, he knew Mini had no more money

@fruchtzergeis I think he didn't even rebuild his forge, this was laziness, not semi-allin. He was merely trying to establish a 3rd by the end.

@evilfatsh1t Yes, muta handling is so important in sniping templars. I could see its not easy to learn when Flash was playing zerg in bnet attack :)

I dont see 'luck' by jaedong or 'mistakes' by mini. Both played AMAZING, the more skilled player, of course, winning.
@evilfatsh1t No. I said: one could see handling mutas is not easy, when Flash was playing Zerg. I did not say, that Flash was sniping templars well against amateurs. I was saying that Flash made four attempts and didnt produce one shot with the clump. So he sniped ZERO templars. Thats how hard handling mutas is.
I wish they would do the same here in Europe. Usually its the other way around here :(

I think the rules say that every player MUST choose and submit a race 2 weeks prior to a tournament...

@europium21 it's just some of the games. PL still produce plenty of great games & clutch plays out there. Maybe because there are less games so the chance of great games is lesser too

i'll have to agree that luck was on the side of Jaedong but mini did a lot of mistakes (losing a ton of templars to mutas). Jaedong was the better player but his strategy was so risky... guys , why does Jaedong always pick risky strategies? why can't he play safe like he did when he was the best?
They cut classes to watch the games. They don't want their parents to see them on TV when they are supposed to be in school

he wasnt winning every single battle....if anything this game shows how important micro is
jds mutas single handedly won him the game, although his hydra army splits were good too
This game shows the importance of macro... mini was stomping Jaedong in every single battle, but still lost simply because he couldn't reinforce his army fast enough.

You guys are overreacting. Jd won even without drones and with very very small eco. They practice normally.

flash was vsing amateurs in a pub game
progamers are more careful and know how to place storms better against incoming mutas
you try sniping 8 or so templars in a row without losing your mutas against a progamer and see how that goes
