Michelle, watching your TH-cam videos cured my eating disorder. You’re so calm and so happy. You enjoy cooking and enjoy every bite of your food. AND, you eat so much but you are still fit lol. That gave me strength to adjust my relationship with food. I don’t view it as calories anymore. Thank you for being you. ❤️❤️

Happy for you ! It's always better to have a healthy relationship with food but just wanna say one thing tho, i think michelle perhaps has an ectomorph of a body ! So it's harder for her to gain muscles/fat.

hey michelle :) long time fan here, but I just wanted to share that I've had problems with anxiety for a long time and what I've found to be helpful recently is taking solo day trips :,) even if it's to a nearby neighborhood that feels a bit foreign...being alone, outside of the home, really gives my mind the space to breathe. always thankful for the openness in your videos!

Hey Michelle! I rarely comment on your videos (but I watch every week and like every upload of course); I've used THINX for years and years, my first couple orders I wasn't super thrilled with the fit or material, but they have become a staple for me. If they don't end up working out for you, give a different material and style another try, don't give up! I highly recommend them. P.s.- Love Dobby. These vlogs have comforted me since the passing of my rescue dog and best friend.
