Sir i have been selected in nvs in mizoram and dsssb as librarian.. The joining date of nvs is near but dsssb is not known. Iam currently pursuing PhD. Should I join Nvs and leave it after 2 to 3 months if the dsssb order is out. Please reply
Very well explained the story of NVS teachers life but the truth is much bitter specially for ladies. Once u joined, u will realize it. Cons.. 1. U have no personnel life. 2. They will keep u engaged in unnecessary activities rather than focusing on teaching. 3. Min 17 attendance of children. 4. Harassment by officials, if u will give a genuine reply u will get memos, advisory notes. Even can block ur salary. 5. U will be not allowed to leave the premises on even sundays. 6. For your CCL leaves u have to beg them and in case they sanction it, they will put a condition that applicant can leave the premises. 7. Specially i hv no words for VP n Principals, seems they dont have humanity. And lab lab

Nvs 2022 notification negative marks are there. Is it applicable for language competency test or not

Aees has a very less number of schools, the biggest problem of aees is the stagnancy. Less scope of transfer is possible in case of aees
