I met Jean Chretien last Sunday in the airport in Toronto!!! I was SO excited! No one around him. he had his boarding pass, etc. no line up. I HAD to engage!!!! He was SO polite, asked me where I was from, going, etc... I didn't want to be so bold, as to ask him the same questions. I was just delighted, that he was happy to meet a fellow Canadian!!!

I am a conservative. I liked and respected PM Chrétien. He was a great Canadian. I can’t say the same for our present PM, unfortunately.
