I would suggest you buy it from the local shop as online it is around 2500-2700 and at local shop u can buy it for under 2000/-..suggested brand is Swagman.

Yes but for that you have to change rear rim/alloys as well..
@Mohit Khatri : Hello bro indeed i have standard Bs4 2019 model and have changed it's rear tyre & Rim to classic's 18" and NO THE TYRE DOESN'T TOUCH the mudguard.

Yes 35-40 kmpl is possible but only after 1st service that too with keeping ur bike as original..without changing anything.
