The fact that Ethan knows everyone is hilarious 😂
I used to watch the videos with the little kids and i only clicked this video bc i was like “omg is that ethan???” He is so funny
As someone who grew up with two moms, hearing that little girl say she had two moms so confidently and fearlessly absolutely warmed my heart. Carry on the legacy!!
As someone who eventually wants to marry another woman and have kids, I'm curious, what's that like for you? If you have the time, I'd love to hear a bit about your experiance. No pressure though. Just curious.
@@sirisso3974 No worries at all! I admit that there were times when having two moms was difficult, especially since I grew up in a southern state. I was the first person to explain to a lot of kids that gay people exist, and it was tough to understand why people were heckling us at Pride parades and HRC galas when I was little (my moms had to explain to me that they're not actually going to hell, etc.). Plus there was always a lot of unspoken tension with southern family members. But, none of that outweighs the fact that I was raised with such an open and accepting mindset, and I'm genuinely so proud to have two moms and be who I am. I feel like it made me a lot more mature than people my age, and I was ten steps ahead when it comes to connecting with people who are from different places and have different lifestyles than mine. I genuinely wouldn't change it for the world.
@@sydneybrown4359 Thank you! Very interesting to hear your experience, glad it was overall positive :)
I completely agree, I also have two moms and it just feels nice hearing a kid being so open about it. It's really not a big deal if someone has two moms or two dads and seeing that being reflected here was just very wholesome to me
“I don’t have a dad I have two moms…” IMMEDIATELY points to the most butch looking woman in the room. I’m laughing so hard
I’m really glad a woman that doesn’t want kids was picked for the game. It’s still so hard for people to accept that not every woman wants to have children in their future, and it’s useless and stupid to keep telling them “you’ll change your mind!!”
I'm glad about that one too. The number of times I've heard ''But you're still young'', ''you'll change your mind'' or ''are you sure?''. Like yes, I've known since I was 15.
Same here! My whole family would do that to me “ohh yea, that’s what they all say”
But here I am, older and still no kids… but by choice because I can’t stand them lol
@@Divya-xw7lf cant rly blame those people, probably they also thought they didnt want kids when they were young but changed their mind or sumn, they speak from experience after all, the people that are truly annoying are those who will force and already expect you to have a kid and does not accept no as an answer lol
They say that because they know most women are pressured into kids so they feel you’ll change your mind
Mixed japanese and Mexican kid is my hero, taught the old man the difference between nationality and ethnicity.
Still if his mom is mexican you can have mexican nationality even if you were born in the US, theres something called diuble nationality. (I know the man mean ethnicity when he asked for his nationality, but still)
ethan's way of matching them was so chaotic it's hilarious
It brought chaotic joy into the mix! Count to five? Match. Cry the same? Match. Rock Paper Scissors? Match. Already knew one of the other kids? One free point for him on the board.
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT ETHAN CALLING FRECKLES FRANKLES LIKE 😭😭 that is so innocent I love it
Right!! He's so cute and his random reasons for them to be mother and child 😂
The immediate "no" before they even finished asking her if this opened up the option of kids 🤣 100% me
Ethan is pure comedy. If you’ve watched hi ho kids you know a couple of their parents.
"It's hard because they all look really nice" is quite possibly the sweetest sentence I've ever heard. Ethan is a doll.
Omg I thought he said “it’s hard cause they all don’t look really nice💀

I was born in Argentina but parents are Chinese, so I kinda get the thing about saying I'm Argentinian when people ask about my nationality... but if they ask my ethnicity, I always say Chinese hahahaha
But then comes another question "which Chinese are you?" (meaning the province...) and whenever I say my parents are one from the North of China and one is from the South (Cantonese)... they never believe me because my pronunciation is similar to Taiwanese people (well, that's because my Chinese teachers were all Taiwanese hahaha)

Me too, I knew every mixed kid that came up would not be put with their mom
I am a mixed kid, no one ever guesses that my mother is actually my mother but I guess I do look more like my dad
Most mixed kids look their parent. Issue is that people never look at features. They just look at skin complexion or colour in general and all of a sudden its "wow you look so different" when thats actually not the case 90 percent of the time.
Alot of mixed kids look like they’re parents….its nearly 2022 and people still think have different race parents is a big deal….
@@xkiss7072 No, but there is a bit of trauma associated with people not recognizing you in your parents, or one of your parents. When I was younger I would go out with my white mom and white best friend. And people would often tell my best friend that she looked just like MY Mom just because they were white and had blonde hair. Then my mom would have to correct anyone and mention that I was actually her daughter instead. That shit hurts.

Why is it so hard to believe a woman wholeheartedly doesn’t want to have children? It’s a choice she has and doesn’t have to be pressured or persuaded into.

Agreed! It was nice to hear the mixed kids and parents share their experiences on growing up being mixed.
The toughest part as a mixed child is that it feels like you have to choose a side, and I know that the toughest part for a parent with mix children is that people might think you're kidnapping someone else's kid.

The Asian kid literally looks exactly like his mother. He's also still got a lot of Latin features so before he said anything he struck me as Filipino. I'm Black and my husband is white German, my son looks like a fair skinned version of me and people literally always dismiss me or say he "looks just like Daddy." I'm always surprised at how little white people seem to be able to identify themselves.
So they don't recognize he's white or do they? Also it's not our fault we're taught one-drop rule so that any PoC admixture makes someone just that race.
