i noticed the more shinys people have the more common it is to get more so if you have almost every shiny but one shiny is missing then you have a middle chance of getting it

btw think repels only work when your first Pokémon in your party is higher level then the Pokémon that spawn in that certain area,for example if all route fourteen Pokémon are 30-40 if your lucario is level 80 then it would work,the reason it didn't work was because bible was the first one in your party
The "Piles of dirt" can be dug up by a Pokémon with the move dig. Sometimes you will get a Durant when using dig on it. I would recommend using a Hippowdon to get dig. They have it a lot and I have one on my team. But be warned! Durant is NOT very common! I hope you use this information soon because I love Durant. (Also thank you for replying to me about asking about where you got the Togepi so much because ive never been replied to by a popular youtuber!)

Think repels only stop pokemon under the level of the first pokemon in your party,so that's why you still encountered pokemon ;)
