    Thanks for letting us know, Marina. We love hearing from our customers through all channels! We have LUSH Gift Cards available you can use on-line or in our shops, so hopefully a big one of those will come your way!

    I cannot rave about this enough. I have fine hair and I am also notorious for getting build-up on my scalp. Of course, this leaves my hair very dirty (even after shampoo and conditioner). I like to use this every two weeks to get rid of all the gunk in my hair and start fresh. It actually works. Now, keep in mind that it does go bad over time. It is all natural and not self-preserving. So be sure to keep up with it every two weeks and you'll get your money's worth and great hair. :)

    I tried this and I loved itttt. how often do you recommend one use it though?

    • @LUSH
      @LUSH  10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Sharan Minhas You can use it as often as you'd like! Most of us prefer to use hair treatments 2-3 times per week, and it mostly depends on how often you can set aside the time and how much you want to treat your hair! :)

      +Jackie Deblois We recommend treating yourself to H'Suan Wen Hua 1-3 times per week, but you can really use it as often as you like!

    Can it be used on wet hair too, like after shampooing and conditioning?

  • @Zulekaaa97

    can we use our daily shampoo or conditioner after using this?

    • @LUSH
      @LUSH  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Zulekaaa97 Absolutely! You'll probably find it helpful to do a quick shampoo to help rinse out the treatment once you're done.

    As much as I love this product, I hate to break it to ya. 'Soo-wan wen hoo-air' is not how you pronounce it. It's not even spelt correctly. It's actually meant to be 'Xuan wen hua'.

      I literally only clicked on this video to find out how to pronounce it so I wouldn't embarrass myself, so thanks for the info! haha.

    is this okay for newly coloured hair?

    • @LUSH
      @LUSH  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Sandrea Siow H'Suan Wen Hua should be no problem! If you want to be sure, you can always test out a bit on a small portion of your hair!

    Should I be keeping it in the fridge? Since it has eggs in it and stuff?

    • @LUSH
      @LUSH  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there, Michelle! H'suan Wen Hua contains a couple of our safe synthetic preservatives, so it's perfectly happy at room temperature! 😊

    What's the difference between this and R&B? Or is it more comparable to Roots?

    • @LUSH
      @LUSH  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there Paulina! H'Suan Wen Hua is a hair treatment that you apply to the hair and then shampoo out, the same general process as Roots. R&B is a bit different in that you apply it to the hair and leave it in to hydrate and soften your hair all day long!

    can i leave it overnight?

    • @LUSH
      @LUSH  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      H'Suan Wen Hua is designed to be rinsed out after around 20 minutes, so there's no need to leave it in longer!

      Yes. You should leave it on for least 20mins. Some people do 1 hour.
