Looking good . I used to live in Montreal and there was a General Food's factory which was later converted to a Kraft - there was also Fleischmann ( Formerly Mr Christie) Seagrams and Labatt . All on the same CP spur . So Damm cool.
When I wa the swutchman there, Pioneer Railcorp, our trusty motor was a 1952 SW-8 GR&I.w8th #6 air, brass reverser, wood trim in the cab, and a woven aux. gen belt.
I worked at kraft foods it was a marshmallow plant, same building I worked as security guard there are cameras everywhere...since when did they to catsup?

Definitely marshmallows and they used to make caramel there too but I don’t know if they still do.
Wehad an ex NS baywindow caboose cor our "clubhouse".
👍
Was Kraft, did they merge?
so i'm assuming it's corn syrup in the tank cars and sugar in the covered hoppers
That would make sense as it's a marshmallow factory
Remote control
No, there's an engineer in the cab. The guy on the ground is the conductor/brakeman.
