Shanna that shoulder mount looks fantastic. The scar did really good! You do have alot of work but the headlock great also. Yall have been super busy but you do knock them out!
Nice job y'all keep grinding. I'm doing the same here in South Dakota. I'm 300+ heads in this season it's been a very very busy season and I'm doing them all by myself lol
I love your content and have started doing my family's euros that last few years, it's fun and rewarding especially when my kids get a buck and I can euro it for them. Do you put your heads in the water before the water starts boiling and how long do you boil yours?
Thanks for joining us! Yes I do put them in water after they are skinned, for at least a few days to several weeks. We generally boil for 2-3 hours but there are a lot of variables to consider. The age of the animal is a major one, young animals will take much less boiling before they can get damaged. The longer they have soaked in water the less you need to boil. Check out our taxidermy Playlist for lots of how to video.
I depends on many factors but anywhere between a few days to over a month. We have maceration tank that we use, we have a video about it, check out our taxidermy Playlist

You guys are rolling! Do you have any head skinning videos or skinning equipment and how you sharpen knives and what knives you use?
Check out our taxidermy Playlist!
You guys still wrapping the base of the horns before boiling?
No. Haven't done that in a few years
