No worries. Quick tip- if you not sure with the syrup add it a little bit to your ladki mithai and if it does stick properly then you need to cook it more :)
I came across your video, i haven't heard of putting the rolled dough on the tawa. I've just tried it and its the best lakri mithai ive made. Very crunchy. Thank you so much❤️
Fry it in low heat and don’t cut it too thin. Also ones you have fried it keep it aside and then make your sugar mix and make sure you cook your sugar syrup for a long time - 2 threads. Also don’t add a lot of syrup and ones you mix it let it settle before packing it next day
@@myfijikitchen I see. Lots of Fiji Indians have settled in Australia and New Zealand, right? I love the fact that Fiji Indians have preserved the Hindi language, which keeps them closer to mainland India culture.
You really explain the recipe so well. I needed this recipe ❤Thanks for sharing.😊❤❤

In Trinidad we call it kurma ❤
I have noticed a lot of similarities between Fiji and Trinidad- it’s just what we call it varies

Never heard of adding those. Sounds like you are jealous and are putting her down.
