I'm convinced Vanoss is trying to build up a backlog of cancelable moments so that when someone inevitably does try to cancel him, they just find this treasure trove and go "dear God, this man's a menace. How did no one stop him before?" Then Vanoss just disappears in one giant blaze of infamy, no questions asked.

I love that Brian is such a bro that instead of going "dude wtf", he feeds into the edgy humor and adds that extra layer that makes it even funnier.
Brian and Nogla explained it in one of their Nogla + Terroriser reacts vids. My respect for them skyrocketed when they explained that Vanoss was contemplating unaliving himself and they convinced him to keep pushing forward.

Most people who do get canceled lose fans because its those types of people that cause an uproar over stuff like that. Evan can’t really lose his audience because most of his fans dont care for his dark humor. The most that can happen is people pestering his sponsors, or TH-cam cracking down on him because of peer pressure.
