Depression has been kicking my ass lately and hitting hard. This song has been a comfort since I found it.
This is my favorite song off the album. Last year was the most difficult year of my life. This song word-for-word encapsulates how I've always felt about myself. It also made me realize the source of my trauma and made me look within myself and learn to love myself. Everytime I listen to this song it gives me a sense of life and empowerment that I haven't had in over 10 years. Needless to say, thank you Johnny for giving me life again.
