Just starting to watch your channel. I've just subscribed too. We are going to Finland next year. Can I ask were you stopped at the border of Norway to check on worming tablet. We aren't going to Norway. We are going through Swedish, Finnish border. Dogs need deworming for Finland also, but wondering if they check at the border.
We had him done in Kiruna, Sweden, before entering Norway. Our original plan was like you, up Sweden then into Finland, for which we had found a vet at Pitea, at the top of Sweden. Just on a Google search, then emailed them and they were happy to sort it. At no point we’re we stopped or checked at any border. Thanks for watching 👍
I have also emailed vets for prices. Really not sure what to do as I've heard there are no checks. May just risk it then if stopped turn round at get it done.
@@michaelabrelsford5861 it was easy, emailed then dropped in on an appointment. Not worth not doing it. If over the border they can, and will, take the dog into quarantine which is very expensive.
