I had a small Irish flag with me and i made that flag as a bandana and put it on my fathers head while we chanting "come you boys in green". The euro 88 team was our best side. They genuinely could’ve won euro 88 only for bad luck and a goal that should’ve never stood. This team were pretty good too. Sadly in the last 20 years no Irish team comes close.
Good question, he wipped in the cross for the first goal with his right. His winning goal in the return game was his right. So id guess hes not a leftie. This is up there with the best Irish goals, a beautiful strike outside the box against a top quality keeper.
