If you wanna check out more SCP's on The Volgun, I recommend SCP-4666 "The Yule Man" Seeing as it's now getting around Holiday time, just thought I'd throw that one out there.
I find it funny that as soon as you learn Joe can Say and Do Anything without anyone knowing better you jump to the conclusion that he doesn't effect electrical systems.... That isn't how this works. He could have any number of things going on.

Especially since when compared to other channels like SCP Explained or theRubber do a lot of things like straight up glossing over details or even outright lying about it to make it more clickbaity. Some other SCP stuff I would recommend would be Tats topvideo's 'sedtion' series, MR. ILLUSTRATED has some good ones too.
