This soundtrack is over 10 years old by this point, and to this day, this is _STILL_ one of my favourite music transitions in a game soundtrack EVER. There's just something about it that _clicks_ with me. Sylvania Castle is one of my favourite locations in Sonic 4, both design- and music-wise, and I think part of that is because of this intro piece, immediately setting the stage as the two heroes fly in before jumping _immediately_ into the action! It's brilliant! And honestly, the usual Sonic 4 instrumentation sounds pretty good here! No notes! Just a really phenomenal way to start Episode 2!
