নিয়মিত বুধবার এই কাজ করলে মিলবে গণেশের আশীর্বাদ, সব দুঃখ দূর করবেন গণেশ, মুক্তি দেবে সমস্ত বাধা-বিপত্তি থেকে, গণেশের পুজো করলে বাড়বে বুদ্ধি, হবে ব্যবসায় উন্নতি, পূরণ হবে মনের ইচ্ছা!
জ্যোতিষশাস্ত্র মতে, বুধবার গণেশ ঠাকুরকে উৎসর্গ করা হয়। সনাতন ধর্ম অনুসারে, এই দিনে তাঁর পুজো করলে সমস্ত বাধা দূর হয়। মানসিক শক্তির অভাব থেকে মানুষের জীবনে পরাজয় ও হতাশা নেমে আসে। যার ফলে কর্মক্ষেত্রে সাফল্য পাওয়া যায়না। অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই দেখা গিয়েছে সিদ্ধিদাতা গণেশের আশীর্বাদ মানুষের জীবনে শান্তি এনেছে, শক্তির সঞ্চার করেছে। অনেক দুঃসাধ্য কর্মও সহজে করা গিয়েছে। প্রতি বুধবার ভগবান গণেশের পুজো করুন। জ্যোতিষশাস্ত্রে বলা হয় এই দিন গণেশের পুজো করলে মনের বাসনা পূর্ণ হয়, সেইসঙ্গে দেবতা সন্তুষ্ট হন এবং আশীর্বাদ দেন। গণেশজির তার ভক্তদের সকল কষ্ট দূর করে তাদের কাজে সফলতা এনে দেন। গণেশের পুজো করলে সুখ শান্তি সমৃদ্ধি বাড়ে। সেইসঙ্গে গণেশের কৃপা পাওয়া যায়। এছাড়াও বুধ গ্রহটি বেশ শক্তিশালী হয়ে ওঠে। জীবনের নেতিবাচক শক্তি কেটে যায়, আসে ইতিবাচক শক্তি। যে সকল ব্যক্তি বুধবার গণেশের পুজো করেন তারা জীবনে কখনোও কষ্টের সম্মুখীন হয় না। সেইসঙ্গে আর্থিক অবস্থাও তাদের ভাল হয়। তাহলে জেনে নিন ভগবান গণেশের পুজো করলে কী কী জিনিস পাওয়া যায়। শুধু তাই নয়, আপনার ইচ্ছা পূরণও হয়, সঙ্গে জ্ঞান লাভ হয়। আসুন, জেনে নেওয়া যাক এইদিন গণেশের পুজোর পদ্ধতি, বিশেষ ব্যবস্থা এবং এই দিনের গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে। গণেশ পূজা করতে গেলে তাঁর পূজার নিয়মনীতিগুলি সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকা একান্ত প্রয়োজন। পুরাণে আছে নতমস্তকে গণেশের প্রতি প্রণাম করে পূজা করলে সিদ্ধিলাভ করা যায়। যিনি প্রতি দিন ত্রিসন্ধ্যায় গণেশের দ্বাদশ নাম বা স্তোত্র পাঠ করেন, তাঁর সমস্ত বাধা বিপত্তি দূর হয় তথা সমস্ত মনস্কামনা পূরণ হয়।
প্রচলিত নীতি ছাড়াও আরও বহু প্রকারে গণেশ পূজা সম্পন্ন করা যেতে পারে।

Those who recite Ganesh's twelve names or hymns three times a day find their obstacles removed and all desires fulfilled. Students facing obstacles in education can benefit by writing Ganesh hymns and donating them to Brahmins, thereby gaining his grace and support from the goddess of knowledge. Apart from conventional practices, there are various ways to conduct Ganesh worship.
