Guys, until recently I played ts4 with the EA app, but recently my EA app simply started to have a gray screen and nothing appears, like ghost buttons, which I can click but I can't find my way around . I've tried everything, I've even formatted my note. If anyone who has been through this and knows how to fix it can help me, I would appreciate it, I want to play my ts4 again in peace. Someone help me please. I'm going crazy

I had to do a repair in the EA app where it says “manage” and “play” for the sims. Click manage and it’ll say repair. I didn’t have that particular challenge but see if that’ll help. Happy Sim’s playing!
