As a fellow canadian NSWER myself, I also wish they come to Canada soon :) It took TWICE 8 years to do a concert in Toronto (which I did attend!), but hopefully having an actual English-speaker in the group will make JYP aim it at making american concert tours instead of building a presence in Japan first, like TWICE did. But anyway, I can confirm that Bae's whistle note is in the "BEAT BEAT" song! It's not really in the forefront, though, when that part is heard, so I understand why you haven't really heard it before.
