Geno saw those pink shoes hanging on a power line after someone tied them together and threw them on it, and he proceeded to throw rocks and a bottle of piss at them until they fell down. He then yelled “Score!” and realized he’s got his new pair of shoes that he can wear until they’re torn to nothing. He’d been wearing flip flops made of cardboard and string for years until he lucked out and got a pair of shoes, they’re two sizes too small and women’s shoes (commented this before Mike confirmed they were actually women’s, lmao) but Flat Broke Geno was just ecstatic to finally have something between the dirty New York ground and his even dirtier floor stompers (they call them feet but his don’t look anything like them).
