What is MGNREGA 2005 ? l Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act l Hindi
Mahatma Gandhi Employment Guarantee Act 2005 (or, NREGA, later renamed as the "Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act" or MGNREGA), is an Indian labour law and social security measure that aims to guarantee the 'right to work'. This act was passed in September 2005 under the UPA government of Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.It aims to enhance livelihood security in rural areas by providing at least 100 days of wage employment in a financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work.

MGNREGA, fund not for urban development, it's only Rural development.But in Nagaland state government provide the fund's Job-card of MGNREGS in Aboi Town district Mon Nagaland 3 wards:- (1)Yongkem ward.(2)Anglong ward.under Ngangching village.(4)Hahnyan ward.(5)Shammang ward.(6)Pinkhong ward.under Langmeang village.(7)Keiha and Agri colony Aboi.under Chinglong village.all the seven,wards of Aboi Town use-less MGNREGS fund without implementing in Rural location. Ofcourse kindly send the CBI to develop the people of Backward areas.thankyou.
