a lot of people say the boombox 2 is better in terms of sound and bass. which really makes me laugh. I currently own both and boombox 1 sounds better than 2 .. the 2 has a more muffled sound
boombox is superior for outdoor, its louder, have lass bass than 2 and 3 but its performance for a party box is insane have less distortion in audio, the problem is the batery and the conection if others recent jbl. for thoose who like less distortion and louder sound boombox is king even today. i dont recomend if you are an bass enjoyer then.
at the beginning I could see that the microphone was very close to boombox 1, but when he reversed the sides I could see the real sound of boombox 2, which in this case is louder than the sound of 1
i purchased my BOOMBOX2 a few months ago...and just noticed that my tweeters NEVER worked and it sounds flat as hell!!!!!! imma return it back to JBL for another....sigh.
@@chico4ezz365 nice XD. I bought the boombox 2 for 198€. I already got a replacement because there was a screw inside that flew around. The replacement arrives this week 😃
@@chico4ezz365 it was in JBL Outlet. It's overhauled. It already got sent to someone and he returned it in 30 days. Then they disassemble it and repair (if they find something broken) it and then they made the mistake with the screw I think. That's the reason it's so cheap. But I'm getting a new one.
