It's a great video to start exploring Runeterra, but keep in mind that it was released 2 years ago, so some things in it might be outdated. @@astravisionstudios most of the characters in league have a musical theme that represents them and their stories. There is a playlist of all of them on the official channel. Most of them go incredibly hard they are so epic in scope and they have a real verity of genres. Definitely would check them out once you know a bit more about the characters.
Just so you know, Necrit is so important for the community and Riot itself, they made a character in Runeterra with his name. Bruh. He's also been invited to go to Riot's EQ, to experiment new game modes and new stuff they make. The last game mode Riot made was thinking about a Necrit's video about the matter. That's sick!
36:43 The blessed island could have completely avoided becoming the island of shadows if Viego had chosen to read the letters from his uncle Vladimir when he was trying to find a way to resurrect his wife. Essentially, Vladimir is a vampire who can manipulate blood. If Viego had read the letters, Vladimir could have simply drained the poison from Viego's wife, and they would have had a happy life afterward. However, Viego did not do that, and his kingdom was destroyed.
Crazy fire god at the end is called Ornn and his law is awesome. He is one of the most interesting characters in the world. Also his personality is top tire.
Runeterra is the only planet we know in the lore (and really the only one that matters). The other realms don't count as "planets" because they're not. They're other dimensions. Bandle City is like a pocket dimension. The Celestial Realm is basically like heaven but more cosmic. It's where divine beings exist. The Void is outside of reality. Self-explanatory. There are creatures that live here but there's litrerally just nothing else in it. And lastly, the Spiritual Realm. Also self-explanatory. It's the spirit world.
I think the coolest thing you guys would actually like is "Just Another Nobody" channel and start out with something like Aatrox. You get to see a bit of lore from Shurima. How darkin came to be. Just the quotes alone is good! Maybe you could read the lore from Aatrox afterwards. There's quite a few champions there! Volibear (Freljord), Evelynn (Wherever-the-eff she's from), Pantheon, Xayah & Rakan, Kayle, Morgana etc. That's another 10 videos :) Although a bit shorter but might be easier to put out in between :D

I see you haven't watched any champion cinematics before (except for the Senna and Xayah & Rakan ones) after all those random cinematics you've watched on the League of Legends channel. I would like you guys to have a part 5 video of reacting to more champion cinematics from the League of Legends and Wild Rift channels. Here are some of the "most watched" champion cinematics that you need to watch in Part 5: Call of Power: Ryze Cinematic ANNIE: Origins The Path, An Ionian Myth + Kin of the Stained Blade (should be watched together) Ruined King: A League of Legends Story | Official Announcement Trailer (a different story after Kin of the Stained Blade) Fiddlesticks: Terror in Demacia Warwick: The Wrath of Zaun + Eye of the Beast (can be watched together) Can't wait to see you guys rate these most watched champion cinematics. Looking forward to Part 5! Been watching you guys for a while now and good thing I subbed to your channel.
@@EYEKEYGG Yeah , so i've actually been compiling specific list , so it's easier to find each cinematic. After this video , we plan on doing a -Season trailers cinematacs -League Music Video pt 1,2 etc -Champion teasers 1,2,3 etc -Origin cinematics 1,2 etc And so on, hopefully this groups everything well Because yeah part one and two were completely random and then three and four were legends of Runterra and if we kept going pt 5, 6, 7 i see how that could get chaotic in the future lol
@@EYEKEYGG Which one of those lists would you say Ryze and the Ruined King would fit into best 🤔 Everything else you listed i actually already have on a list waiting to be recorded 😁
@@astravisionstudios The Ryze "Call Of Power" cinematic (without spoilers**) AFAIK was made to more or less answer/confirm some questions about the things you will see in it, and what the dude Ryze has actually been doing / is doing nowadays... I would classify it as a "world-building, introducing a hint of the big bad, and worst-case scenario" cinematic 😅 Hope that helps! Also, if you are doing origin cinematics, please include "The Path, An Ionian Myth" followed up directly by "Kin of the Stained Blade" - these two go hand-in-hand for the ultimate experience!
@@astravisionstudios most champion teasers have less than a minute duration. So I've thought about compiling the longer ones for a better experience in one seating. While you can do the shorter teasers in another part video. The Ryze cinematic is a lore and visual update for his 3rd gameplay rework in the game. The Fiddlesticks and Warwick cinematics are also lore and visual updates, too. You've seen the old Fiddlesticks before in the Twist of Fate cinematic, but he got a visual update soon after in his new cinematic. So basically these are all champion cinematics. Ryze cinematic is lore and visual update Annie is an origin story The Path + Kin of the Stained Blade is an origin story of a new champion and a lore update of an old champion Ruined King is after Kin of the Stained Blade and a whole new story. Fiddlesticks is a lore and visual update and Warwick + Eye of the Beast is a lore and visual update.
@@EYEKEYGG Okay this helped alot! As of now we have about 6 seperate videos planned out and this helped organize and confirm what we have planned! Some of these have recieved alot of hype so were excited to finally see them! 😁
The game I would probably recommend the most IF someone else hasn't already, would be The Ruined King. Primarily because you have 3 Bildgewater champions with Illaoi, Miss Fortune, Pyke along with a champion from Freljord being Braum & you have two Ionian's with Yasuo & Ahri. So not only would you be able to explore quite a few characters stories/extended stories you would also learn a lot about Bildgewater AND learn about the Shadow Isle a bit on top of some more lore about Viego. It's on the Nintendo Switch & PC. So if you wanted to relax and play it, got the Switch & then obviously PC.
I'm currently writing a fanfic set in Runeterra, and I've discovered some incredible details that aren't even mentioned in the lore. One cool example was that in Demacia, they wear pieces of golden armor according to their achievements, so Arrika wears a full suit of gold armor, just like the King. So many details that I haven’t found anywhere. Bdw the magic system from there is amazing, basically a reflection of energy from the word, necrit did a video about this too
@@antedeguemon4664 That's actually crazy cool. Being a writer myself and having created the fantasy world "Neutropia" im finding so many layers of detail and inspiration from the world of "Runterra". Luckily most of my world is already finished and published out in the world before i really start diving into the league lore because theirs so much interesting lore to unpack and potentially be inspired by! Lol
Awesome reaction. Nice to see Necrits work appreciated. One video I highly, highly recommend is Necrits video literally Titled "The most horrifying story in league of legends" it's really well done the way he tells the story and features one of Arcanes most eligible bachelors.
Some fun facts about these cinematics that also refer to previous video. The opening in the dessert land is Shurima. I know you know more now, but just in-case. The Shuriman empire use to be the biggest empire until they fell. For some context, the the two warriors fighting are actually brothers - Renekton (croc) and Nasus (jackal with hammer). Nasus actually trapped Renekton in an ancient tomb and he eventually lost his mind after being alone for centuries. Besides just wanting to kill anything, he especially hates his brother. The Golden Guy later with the staff is Azir who use to be the emperor of the kingdom until he was betrayed by Xerath (not shown in this cinematic). Also Renketon, Nasus, and etc. use to be regular people, but they became god warriors of Shurima because of the sun disc. It has extra power to make any mortal, a very powerful god. (Also known in the lore as The Ascended) Shurima would use the disc on their warriors to help protect the empire. Shurima fell because they eventually had to fight "The Void." After defeating "The Void" and Azir's betrayal, the god warriors would clash amongst themsevles and eventually lead to the downfall to the Shurima empire along with a huge portion of the empire was literally devoured by "The Void." Also Cool tid bit about Yordles and Bandle City, Bandle City technically exist in a pocket dimension of Runeterra. While Bandle City is one specific location in this other dimension, it has "branches" across Runerterra and it's how Yordles are able to use portals to travel across the land. Also, only Yordles know where these portals are and are the only beings able to go through them because of their size. I really appreciate the effort y'all are putting in on learning this world and glad you are enjoy the world of league of legends. Also incase it's not explained well, The "Darkin" as explained used to be Ascended god warriors of shurima, but they were tricked by some Targons to use blood magic. For example, one god warrior is Aatrox, all darkin are actually trapped inside their weapon. So when you see a darkin, the person and their mind is actually in their weapon, but they corrupt their wielder of the weapon. So the wielder actually loses their mind and becomes trapped in their own body, as the darkin mind takes over their body and their body takes form of the original warrior and they get to control the wielders body. Hopefully that makes sense, basically the mind of the warrior is trapped in the weapon, but they take over their host body physically and mentally once the host touch the weapon. To answer your question about Runeterra, hopefully this makes sense. Think about the land if you were stairing at 3 staircases, middle, top and bottom. People can correct me if it is somewhere in the lore, but from my knowledge and how imagine it. Basically the celestial realm atop of Mount Targon, can be considered a “pocket space” located in space. So it’s just above Runettera and this world. Kind of like earth, I wouldn’t say different planet, just different space above Runettera. I assume those who do make it, can breath their even though it is in space, just imagine like a pocket air bubble I guess. Then you have Rest of Runeterra as the main level. And the third level below is where “The Void” exist. I know we have referred to “The Void.” It has two meanings, one “The Void” is its own realm that wants to escape and devour anything it touches. And when we refer to Void creatures, it’s because it’s own kind exist. To clarify, most void creatures are mindless beings, but there is a leader and some hierarchy, but most don’t even have “conscious mind/free will.” They aren’t evil like Silco because they want to be evil, it’s just their purpose. And even the leader of the Void, isn’t evil to be evil like Silco, just part of how the void was built as it’s lore. Think of white walkers from game of thrones. This isn’t spoiler because it’s proven, but for those who knew the lore when Arcane came out, the Hexbox that turned purple, many believe it’s a way to tease “The Void, and possible appearance in later shows or maybe ultimate baddy. As I have said before, in League there are various world ending events that would require basically all of league characters and regions to come together to defeat baddies. One of them is the “Void Event” and second was “Ruination.” (quick side note. he Ruination event was not perceived well was because Riot Games managed to literally RUIN 10+ years of lore THEY built and destroyed it in a month. I'm not trying to hate if you like the cinematics. It's just more so, they left out at least 10 champions whose whole BACKSTORIES were about defeating Viego. Imagine playing characters over 10+ years and loving the lore and having it destroyed in a month. After the Ruination event Riot games apologized and promised to do better for any future lore events and it's actually what caused Arcane to become cannon and Riot games to address their mistake and make sure they fact check themselves for any future events. Just read the comments from the video, and here's some funny highlights "Plot twist: The whole event was Yorricks nightmare about Riot forgetting him. Yorick was busy digging a grave for the lore that was just murdered. I really liked that part where Yorick and Maokai showed up to fulfill their life missions of defeating the Ruined King. Love how they managed to destroy 10 years of lore in 1 month. Riot destroyed their own lore, and my life is RUINED. I loved Yorick, Kalista, Hecarim, Maokai, Karthus, Lendros, and Illaoi on this event. Thank god we got sentinel Olaf, Riven and Rengar, Irelia, etc, they were natural parts of the story. DUDE rengar was so cool, pyke doing his stuff u already know, and olaf going berserk dayum, irelia and riven do look happy fighting next to each other now, bruh that massive diana ult was insane tho, thank you rito." These comments were specifically from the "sentinel of life" cinematic, which was the final cinematic of the Ruination event.) Lastly, the last guy is called “Ornn.” He is a frejlordian demi-god and known as the fire forager because he can make weapons. (it's part of his in game ability, he can forge items outside of base. In league, you have to go back to base to buy items) In lore, Ornn and his brother Volibear are demi-gods and had a big battles centuries ago, it was so fierece that afterwards, Ornn decided he would never forge another weapon again UNLESS he could foretell a future world realm ending event, it was a tease build up to either a Void event that year in league of legends. And sorry, very lastly, I think it works both ways for people to enjoy this show. As someone who played league on and off from season 7(each season is a year, I think league is almost 18 years old now. So I played from season 4 to 8 consistently and then on and off until 14) so as someone who knows the champs, the regions, the lore, the storylines, etc. it's nice to see it finally told on a bigger "story telling format" and I also understand teases, how they implement characters and how they can show case their in-game abilities or come up with unique ways to tease their abilities. Without spoiling anything, for those who know Ekko, episode's 7 fight scene is not just visually amazing, but those who know his powers, know how cool it is to tease what is to come. And for those who don't know, it's just cool visual story telling. And then now that you are doing research, learning the world and if you dive into character powers, it makes more sense. So I think it's fine whether you have or haven't played league.
They have League of legends PC , league of legends Wild rift the mobile version, TFT(team fight tactics) , MageSeeker , Ruined King , Legends of runeterra the card game, Convirgence the ekko game and a fighting game in the works called 2XKO. There are alot in the works too like the MMO.
Vastayashai'rei(Shapeshifting Spirit race) + Humans = Vastaya For you and all you know. Necrit have something with it so he just doing fun of it. But Canon is the Spirit Race and Humans and then Animalistic Humanoids.
I love how you can really tell he wants to get REALLY into the lore, when seeing .5 seconds of a comic on screen, "I wanna read that comic" XD get it my guy i believe its the "Mage Seeker" comic
yeah you guys missed some of the best cinematics. Not sure if you guys watched them off camera. But the kin of the stained blade the animation one you guys were talking about , the call and still here are goated. Keep up the content
Honestly, I love your guys dedication to the lore taking notes. Though I don't recommend playing the game, watching a first-time gameplay experience could be entertaining and might prove the non-gap that exists from outside viewers. Players know where Champions end up in Runeterra, but how they establish themselves in the universe is completely amiss to us as much as everyone else. The only way you will find out is if you dig deep into the lore, as Necrit did, but even then, some other important details are still obscure to us as well. Most of time it's the community making speculations and riot either confirming or debunking them.
wild rift is the mobile version of league. Id recommend you play that its much easier and games are shorter plus if you do decide to play the pc version in the future you'd already have basic understanding of gameplay, objectives and champion kits from wild rift.
the "realms" still have alot of questions in them but: The Celestial Realm, or the Realm of Creation, is all of space and time and their contents, including planets (such as the physical and spiritual realms (shen shows in LOR short) which make up the realm of Runeterra), stars, galaxies, and all other forms of matter and energy. Very little is known about the cosmos, usually through tales, myths, and general observation. What is known is that it is a place where time and space function differently from the realm of Runeterra. below it(potentially) is the Void Realm, the Realm of Nothingness. (also dont have a massive flushed out lore, story. mostly myths.)
Idk if you guys know this or not. Whatever happened in Arcane, wild rift, legend of runeterra, and whatever else LOL related is CANON to the world of LOL. The Dev themselves have said this
It's canon, not cannon 😂 Also, it depends. Everything that was released since October 2023 is canon and Arcane is fully canon. Everything else is kinda up in the air until Riot explicitly confirm it.

couple of things. necrit is so ingrained in league lore riot made him a person in runeterra. second the joke about hats and n64 controllers is a joke sent at asmongold. on the game thing yea it would be cool if you watch game trailers and say if it looks good, bad or trash. that could be fun. and maybe if its a "good" play it and give a "we played for a hour and..." or something like that. sorry another few notes. the video of noxus taking over is just a random place. its not on the map cause we assume its somewhat in the past. i have said that i think piltover and zaun need to be in the core game. the reason is if it isnt its the first expansion cause how would a demacian or a frielordian get to ionia? they going to board a ship in noxus? i have had people try and argue this but i think its just necrit fans being over the top.
if you guys are interested in the characters of Runeterra, Necrit has it all. That's how i know some of the characters from the game, it is thanks to Necrit's lore videos
the season trailers are the most well made productions from riot on par if not higher cinematic quality than arcane, 1 each year since 2017 i believe obviously improving every year (except 2023 which the entire community and even riot themselves acknowledged was a letdown)

The MMO is sort of kind of cancelled? or in an indefinite delay. Which is good, nobody wants a half-assed product. Riot will release it when it's ready. But the video is still great since you get actual lore instead of out of context cinematics.
It's not canceled, they started over from scratch and did what you exactly said, they don't want to make yet another MMO, they want their MMO to offer something new to the MMO genre

Oh hey! If you want to react to an anime series or two, I would highly recommend you guys watch Summertime Rendering and Link Click. These two have been the best at introducing the mystery, suspense, and action aspects to their show. For a game to play i would probadly say try out the RPG game Ruined King and if u more into card games then go for Legends of Runeterra. Even though i think the game is still good but i would say stay away from League of Legends unless u actually wanna put in the time to learn it. Its a MOBA with 160+ characters each with 4 mostly unique abilitys and all the items, to say that the learning curve is steep just to get half decent at it is an understatment. Its fun once u really start to learn and can se what is happening but its definatly not new player friendly. As far as where Targon Prime is where the Celestials live its abit hard to explain but its not on a seperate planet. Its not a perfect comparison but to a religous irl persons view they know heaven exists but they cant point to it or name an exact location. Its kinda the same with the Celestial realm Targon Prime. It definatly exists but your never gonna be able to point out exactly where it is and the only way to enter this realm is by climbing Mount Targon and assuming u reach the peak u have to be judged worth to enter Targon Prime by the guardian.
Arcane is based on League of Legends, but comparing it to LoL is like comparing the MCU to the full history of the comics. VERY different beasts despite a strong resemblance
It really irritates me when people claim that Demacia is racist ... its ajin to a misdiagnosis from a doctor ... it just spreads a misunderstanding of the issue. IF you want to name the problem it would be Magicphobia ... which should give you a hint to which Real World issue its closest ... Homophobia ... and if you take a moment to learn about how mages are treated and how they have to live handing that part it should be clear thats the issue at play here ...

Just so you know, Necrit is so important for the community and Riot itself, they made a character in Runeterra with his name. Bruh.

The Games:
League of legends - MOBA - pc/mac - the core/start of it all. Current game modes: Summoners Rift (the bread and butter), ARAM - all random all mid - more casual same champs one lane., Arena - 2v2v2v2v2v2v2v2 - team up with one other to arena fight other teams.
Wild Rift - Mobile version of League of Legends - doesn't have all the champs, but does have exclusive skins, also has ARAM and arena
Teamfight Tactics - Auto battler/Auto chess game - pc/mac and mobile - build a team with synergies auto fight 7 other players
Legends of Runeterra - pc and mobile - Digital card game similar to games like Magic the Gathering - has pvp and pve modes - Has lots of lore
Valorant - pc, ps5, xbox - First person shooter - not at all related to the league lore
2XKO - in development - pc, ps5, xbox - fighting game - limited league characters (Ahri, Illaoi, Braum, Darius, Yasuo, Ekko) - currently in limited beta testing
unnamed MMO - in development
Side Games (AKA Riot Forge (RIP)) - these games were developed by external developers that were contracted with Riot:
Ruined King - developed by Airship Syndicate - pc, ps4/5, xbox, switch - RPG with unique style turned based battle - Explores lore of Bilgewater and the Shadow Isles - includes champs from multiple regions: Bilgewater, Shadow Isles, Camavore, Ionia, Freljord. (i.e. Miss Fortune, Illaoi, Pyke, Ahri, Yasuo, Braum, Thresh, Maokai, Viego, etc.).
Hextech Mayhem - developed by Choice Provisions - pc, mobile and switch - Side scrolling, platform rhythm game - Takes places in Piltover - follows yordle Ziggs who just wants to blow things up (check out the ziggs and Jinx comic when they team up to cause chaos) - the primary antagonist is fellow yordle Heimerdinger who just wants to stop Ziggs' destruction.
Convergence - developed by Double Stallion - pc, ps4/5, xbox, switch - Side scrolling platformer Metroidvania - Follows Ekko through a non-linear time line through Piltover and Zaun - Includes characters from the regions including Jinx, Camille, and Warwick. Includes a group of Jinx fanatics called Inx who will probably be in Arcane season 2 (based on the trailer).
The Mageseeker - developed by Digital Sun - pc, ps4/5, xbox, switch - action rpg - Follows Sylas (a mage and former Mageseeker (those working for Demacia to hunt out mages)) as he escapes the prisons of Demacia and begins a mage rebellion. You all mentioned the Warriors cinematic - Sylas is the dude with chains. Characters include Lux (the girl in the cinematic that was hesitant to use her abilities), her brother Garen (the big warrior dude), the king of Demacia Jarvan IV (may also be in Arcane S2), half dragon half human warrior Shyvana, and half celestial Morgana (highlighted in the Still Here cinematic).
Song of Nunu - developed by Tequila Works - pc, ps4/5, xbox, switch - 3D platformer - Follows Nunu, an orphaned boy from the Freljord, and Willump, the last Yeti as they seek Nunu's mother and the Heart of the Blue - Includes characters, Braum, Volibear (demigod), Ornn (demigod), and Lissandra (Ice Witch).
Bandle Tale - developed by Lazy Bear Games - pc, switch - RPG, farm life sim-esque - Takes place in Bandle City (the home of all yordles) and follows a custom made yordle throughout Bandle City in an attempt to reunite the yordle lands and restore the yordle portals - Includes characters, Teemo, Tristana, Veigar, Corki, Lulu, Yuumi, and Rumble.
I have played all the Riot Forge games and enjoy them all... but the highlights are definitely Ruined King, Mageseeker, and Song of Nunu.

@@damngravity Absolutely love the detail of this and we'll definately be doing our video game review video with this list as a reference! 😃 You are highly appreciated friend 🙏🏾
Here are some of the "most watched" champion cinematics that you need to watch in Part 5:
Call of Power: Ryze Cinematic
ANNIE: Origins
The Path, An Ionian Myth +
Kin of the Stained Blade (should be watched together)
Ruined King: A League of Legends Story | Official Announcement Trailer (a different story after Kin of the Stained Blade)
Fiddlesticks: Terror in Demacia
Warwick: The Wrath of Zaun +
Eye of the Beast (can be watched together)
Can't wait to see you guys rate these most watched champion cinematics. Looking forward to Part 5!
Been watching you guys for a while now and good thing I subbed to your channel.
@@EYEKEYGG Yeah , so i've actually been compiling specific list , so it's easier to find each cinematic. After this video , we plan on doing a -Season trailers cinematacs
-League Music Video pt 1,2 etc
-Champion teasers 1,2,3 etc
-Origin cinematics 1,2 etc
And so on, hopefully this groups everything well Because yeah part one and two were completely random and then three and four were legends of Runterra and if we kept going pt 5, 6, 7 i see how that could get chaotic in the future lol
@@EYEKEYGG Which one of those lists would you say Ryze and the Ruined King would fit into best 🤔
Everything else you listed i actually already have on a list waiting to be recorded 😁
Ryze cinematic is lore and visual update
Annie is an origin story
The Path + Kin of the Stained Blade is an origin story of a new champion and a lore update of an old champion
Ruined King is after Kin of the Stained Blade and a whole new story.
Fiddlesticks is a lore and visual update
and
Warwick + Eye of the Beast is a lore and visual update.
Oh! I THINK Gangplank is in the Ruined King game too. Not too sure, as I've gotta play it myself. Just my back log of games is huuuge rn 😅
@@Kumoii Yes, he is in it along with Thresh.
Lol
@@antedeguemon4664 Good luck on your fanfic! 😇

Awesome reaction. Nice to see Necrits work appreciated. One video I highly, highly recommend is Necrits video literally Titled "The most horrifying story in league of legends" it's really well done the way he tells the story and features one of Arcanes most eligible bachelors.
I'll check it out!
DUDE rengar was so cool, pyke doing his stuff u already know, and olaf going berserk dayum, irelia and riven do look happy fighting next to each other now, bruh that massive diana ult was insane tho, thank you rito." These comments were specifically from the "sentinel of life" cinematic, which was the final cinematic of the Ruination event.)
Lastly, the last guy is called “Ornn.” He is a frejlordian demi-god and known as the fire forager because he can make weapons.
Great video. You guys really put effort in damn!

The only way you will find out is if you dig deep into the lore, as Necrit did, but even then, some other important details are still obscure to us as well. the "realms" still have alot of questions in them but: The Celestial Realm, or the Realm of Creation, is all of space and time and their contents, including planets (such as the physical and spiritual realms (shen shows in LOR short) which make up the realm of Runeterra), stars, galaxies, and all other forms of matter and energy. Very little is known about the cosmos, usually through tales, myths, and general observation. What is known is that it is a place where time and space function differently from the realm of Runeterra. below it(potentially) is the Void Realm, the Realm of Nothingness.

@@jalcome4201 Hey thanks! We'll definately check those out!
