I don't understand that why there is relative speed between rotor and stator RMF. Initially Rotor field winding which is rotating at rotor speed (Ns) causes EMF to induce on stator, and the stator which is setting up RMF, will have EMF/Current of same frequency that of rotor i.e. Ns, as soon as Pe=0, Nr>Ns and accordingly frequency of stator EMF/Current will increase and so as frequency of RMF too. So, there is no chance of relative motion between Rotor field winding and Stator RMF.

But rotor continuosly accelerate and decelerate hote rehta hai due to load variation in normal conditions also and isko hm steam valve se pressure control karke adjust karte hain, remember sir ne bola tha governor which governs the speed and hence frequency.

Remember the assumption, fault occurs at no load condition to take the worst case analysis as at this condition we will get the maximum value of fault current. V no load/ Z fault.

I think here Z1 is taken as zero because then the current will be maximum (worst case scenario)... So the rest works out....
