Nah, because all of them are for kids, but Animes are not only for kids, and a lot of Animes are NOT for kids, because they are pg 13 or more. Anime concentrates mostly on life issues or things tied closer to human emotion and has more violent and sexual themes. Cartoons are generally made to make people laugh and so are more comical.
