●When the train enters the loop , The point is switched to its Normal-position , and each train proceeds to its own track to go. ●When the train leaves the loop , The rail is pushed by the wheel and the point is switched. like this : ( th-cam.com/video/UhuVYDjIAi0/w-d-xo.html ) After a time , The springs and dampers switch the point to Normal-position. So It allows train to exit a loop without needing to change the points.
However , For safety reasons , It is used on slow Local-Lines with Speed Limits , and also has the disadvantage of wearing-out the wheels.

I did this same trip last year. Good to see it again from the drivers viewpoint. Thumbs up ! The train was very crowded, lots of tourists and locals were visiting the area.
This was one of the cooler rides you've posted. Reminded me of my riding trains in outer Tokyo in the late '70s. Being in 4K makes it so much more enjoyable.
Wonderful! I love seeing these historic at-grade lines that pass within feet of surrounding houses. And throw in a beach, a tunnel, and some street running to boot!

Loved this ride! Thanks for the video! Greetings from The Netherlands!
At the end of this video, I wished there was more! But I guess I have to wait to be on the next trip with you! Thanks so much! : )
WOW! That was an awesome ride! I want to visit so bad.

Very good video!
Can someone familiar with the railroad signalling system please explain the meaning of the white X, for example at 3:40?
This line reminds me of Slam Dunk !
Nice video
Very interesting perspective of the area. Totally fascinating. No tourists..
What's with the video at 23:14? The guy and his dog seem to be trapped in a time loop.

7:05 sliding rail !?
This line looks like a light-rail line to me. Not a train line :)
Greetings from germany.
what are the flashing blue lights trackside?
I think it is to tell the driver of a sharp bend.
Good content
23:26 That woman is a ghost?
LoL. It really seems like it. But it is simply that the wait was very long and he has cut the video
Muito interessante! É no Japão?
Sheesh, don't ride this train if you're claustrophobic! Those are some really narrow spaces it has to fit through.
