I doubt PD would follow those rules, I still remember Maple went to the hospital waiting for downed crims.
I mean I’m a cg viewer but like. That’s natural progression for critically injured person to show up at a hospital after being shot by police
@eggegg6101 people used to be able to get revived at the Funhouse, too. I still to this day don't know why crims didn't get a similar alternative in 4.0.
The cops aren't going there to start conflict lol they are going there to get treatment, or occasionally to arrest people which is their jobs in character. This means it would probably be allowed as the natural progression of RP.

They need to put a couple grandma spots in the map it would help fix the issue way more than green zones.. making it so someone can't be kidnapped at their job is kinda dumb

I think they want it to be player run private clinics rather than an NPC at grandma's though. Kind of like hiring a criminal doctor to do no questions asked surgery. Lets more medical RP happen that way. At least that's what Buddha randomly said on stream
Honestly I didn't think about Cantor's thing. Also I feel like this happened as a result of the every now and then occurrence of negotiating for a crim's freedom but who it'll really stop is sbs characters like James Randal who're just crack heads that like to be at the hospital because it's one of the few hubs with people most of the time.
That just makes for weird RP scenarios. The hospital shouldn’t be a green zone. Just make it a rule to not camp the hospital and that solves everything
Nothing wierd its actually worded perfectly. U can keep on going if its a fight if a fight ends up in the hospital then thats OK. It also means MF cant down u. And say Ahme am wait here cuz its literally the only place they can get up there. If for example a doctor starts talking shit to a gang and so on. U can go there and clap em...thats called On going Conflict RP. Its a VERY good rule extremely healthy for the current state of the server and ppl going down.

Thts literally wht they did… I think youre confusing this with thinking you cant start conflict in a green zone. If it makes sense RP wise then yes. Like knowing a doctor is working there a certain time and kidnapping/killing them is ok, bc you know where the doctor lives. Camping a hospital when its the only one available (despite there being other hospitals and grandmas tht arent available yet on the server) makes no sense bc youre not rp’ing the fact they could be taken elsewhere
I think it’s for a lot of reasons. Buddha…was also camped through a few conflicts. I don’t think they necessarily intentional griefing but it did suck for him to wake up and be shot down right when stepping out the door because they were waiting. 😂

Just like the other night what was it dundee had downed k in the car. No pd around. Shows up to hospital and 3 different cruisers show up within seconds? Good rule.
The most issues this is trying to fix, would also be fixed by having more than one site to get up
Then that causes the issue of no hospital RP which is what happened last time. It's the same reason they have Snr Buns and the food court instead of having a bunch of restaurants scattered throughout the map. They want to create social HUBs because that means more interactions and more RP.

The wording, to me, conveys that you still can kidnap a doctor. (It's about the subtlety of the wording.)
It talks about how you can't do things that aren't: relevant "within the natural progression of the time and place NOR from conflict that occurred in the past."
Which essentially says: if Cantor is at the hospital and you went there because you had been downed [for some other random reason], it would be reasonably within the "natural progression of the time and place" to kidnap Cantor at that point (Basically it's a ~spontaneous action) [even though the motive is from previous 'beef/vendetta' against that character].
It's meant to prevent people from going there and simply continuing an ongoing conflict that had been occurring just prior (I.E, you've been hunting and killing a rival gang all day and you know they've been forced to take people into the hospital) ...
And then, no camping. (Because it's pretty scummy gameplay, TBH: as you're just congregating around one spot and restricting the person from being able to leave within a reasonable sense of their own volition.)
It also means the clowns can’t start a fight amongst each other right outside.
PD won't bother with these rules
They should add a way for crims to revive and make that green.

Honestly, i don't know why they haven't put the place back in up in Blaine County at this point.
Cause they lack doctors and being a doctor is boring roleplay for most the only reason people apply to be a doctor is they have a train prio

if they are the new rules then i shouldn't of been banned the other guys should be , i have a video of my first and last day of nopixel and i was banned first day for TOS and i didn't break any TOS rules

In other words, this guy has been in the NoPixel Role-play server and was banned in the past for breaking those said TOS rules, even though he claims that he has not broken any of those rules.
