Keep going, running doesn't get easier but you get better, it's a slow journey don't rush it, and everyone of those runners you see is proud of you, getting out there is the hardest part, we are all on different stages of the journey. Just remember your why! It's only you that's makes you run, so we'll done 🎉

I've been there with the running and watching everyone go past me, it can be so disheartening! But stick at it and you'll soon see how quick you can progress. The breathing definitely becomes easier over time!

If you put one foot in front of the other, you're a runner! The accountability you've got by doing the hard yards is a runner's trait. You'll look back in a few weeks and be surprised at how much easier you'll find it. Stick with it

If you are struggling with breathing, discomfort etc. there is no reason that you can't slow down a little to make it easier. There is no particular speed you need to be going at to qualify as "running" (and jogging doesn't exist).
The good news is that you don't have to suffer to improve, lots of easier efforts add up and as you get better/fitter the speed at which you can do those easier efforts will increase too. Hitting lots of easier runs, succeeding and sticking with it beats hitting it too hard and giving up or getting injured any day of the week.
Once you get past c25k and you may want to train for a race, or a faster parkrun etc. most training plans will have you doing a lot of "easy runs" and you should hopefully find those as effortless as the people who are whizzing past you at the beach today.
Keep it up and you'll get there!
