It's very very close but The Simpsons did that joke for the first time (I think) in s2e11 in January 1991, and Butts was credited as Bubba Brando in his first few movies until he adopted 'Seymore Butts' in 1992. No doubt it was already a commonly known 'funny name' though like Amanda Hugankiss and I.P. Freely etc.
