Pico del Veleta (3396 m) - Climbing 2nd Highest Mountain of Sierra Nevada, Spain in Winter

During our #vanlife trip to Spain in Winter 2025, I climbed Pico del Veleta, the 2nd highest Mountain in Sierra Nevada and 3rd highest mountain on Spanish mainland. Where you usually need crampons for upper part that is super icy, I found an exciting route over the rocks. Next time I would definitely bring my crampons.
