I have made something like in your video, I use a half watt resistor. why is the final transistor hot and very hot. can you help me with a solution?
You might used more than 4 ohms speaker. If you're using 8 ohms then use 2 speakers in parallel to reduce resistance.

hola campeon ...saves lo arme tal cual pero levanta temperatura muy rapido el c5200 es normal y el volumen no es el esperado ..no se si algun componente esta mal o no se
Verifique todas las conexiones y la polaridad de todos los componentes con el diagrama del circuito. Utilice un disipador térmico de gran tamaño y una fuente de alimentación de 3 amperios o más. También verifique las conexiones del pequeño colector base-colector-emisor.

Puede usar 12v a 24v dc. Cambie la resistencia de 1 vatio si usa más voltaje.

Yo eh he hecho varios pero siempre se oye distorsionado el sonido así como se oye en el video es mejor comprar las placas amplificadas se oye más claro y más nítido el sonido
Creer que no está distorsionado en la realidad. La mesa vibra y el tráfico fuera de mi ventana es molesto. Toda su basura es fuente externa.

Why you are using separator in between transister & heatsink? Please clarify me.
Because back plate of transistor is connected with collector pin internally. If we don't use separator, both collectors of two transistors will be joint together while we have to keep them separate.

Este amplificador MONO. Si duplica los transistores en paralelo, entonces un 4700uf será el mismo. Si realiza otro mismo conjunto, entonces será un estéreo de 2 canales.

Heat sink absorb the heat of transistors and it should be large enough to keep transistors cool.

إعادة فحص الاتصالات. محاولة تشغيل مكبر للصوت دون المجلد / باس / ثلاثة أضعاف.
إذا كنت تستخدم 1 أمبير أو أقل من إمدادات الطاقة ثم زيادة أمبير.
