    Sir i have joined as clerk in syndicate Bank in the year 2011 and got promoted as officer in 2016.In 2020 syndicate Bank merged with canara bank and now it is canara bank.. I am facing so many problems in my life now a days because i am a single parent(divorcee) with a hyperactive child. So i am not able to manage job stress and life stree so i requested for reversion, ie from the officer cadre to the clerical cadre. In canara bank so many employees have got this benefit.. But in my case bank has rejected the same.. Can i approach the court for the same and can i get justice from court..

      Take a chance by filing a case in the court but before that please take proper legal advice from an expert lawyer.

    Sir as an advocate can someone join legal cell in college as a legal assistant?

    • @LegalInspiration
      @LegalInspiration  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      As far as I know you cannot join any job while practicing as an advocate. If joining a legal cell in a college as a legal assistant requires you to join as an employee then you will have to surrender your sanad that means the licence to practice as an advocate temporarily to the bar council. But if you are working as a professional advisor without joining the college as an employee then you need not surrender your sanad. But it is better to check your bar council rules.
