I just made this. Since I didn't have a springform pan, I had to use two 8x8 square glass dishes and separated the crust/ice cream into two. I added chocolate chips, white choc chips, and butterscotch chips to the top, along with the recommended cookie crumbles. It looks AMAZING. Now it's in the freezer, and I can't wait for dessert!
